Have and idea or a part needing manufacturing? We can print that for you with the knowledge gained from printing our own parts. Currently, we offer 3D printing using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). We specialize in PC (Polycarbonate) and ASA for our parts. We can also 3D print in PLA and numerous other plastic materials.

PC is an engineered PC filament combining excellent strength, toughness, heat resistance and printing quality. It is the ideal choice for a wide range of engineering applications. ASA is almost exactly the same as ABS. The major difference is ASA is extremely good at weather resistance. (Resistance to UV light and environmental stress cracking)

Does the part have threads? *

Currently we do not not offer thread inserts. Using a slightly undersized hole with treads from fusion360 is about 75% as strong as using a high quality thread insert.

Standard Inspection. The inspection will be in-process. Documentation will not be shipped with parts. Part is visually inspected for missing features, warp or defects, material, and finish specified. Any dimensional inspection to be performed at the discretion of CAMCOOLERLLC. Drawings/prints are considered feature reference only, customer-supplied CAD file is the primary reference, if conflicting.

Made in the USA. All quotes are processed manually. We won't have the fastest turn around time, but we will be reasonably priced.
