- Backordered item? No worries—we’ll manufacture and ship it promptly based on your order date. Don’t wait for available inventory, as backorders are fulfilled in the order they’re received. - No USB wall chargers included: Our coolers don’t come with a wall USB charger since most people use a battery pack instead. The great news is that those old USB chargers you’ve got tucked away—too weak for today’s smartphones—work perfectly with our coolers because they need so little power.
- Anker Power Banks require "Trickle Charging Mode" to work with our cooling fans. Currently, there are no other known issues with power banks. Please see our recommendations here.
